*Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, our program has received approval from California Department of Public Health to temporarily offer a hybrid curriculum. The 60 hour lecture portion that is normally conducted in our classroom will now shift to online distance learning via the use of ZOOM. The 100 hour clinical training has temporarily been modified to be conducted in our classroom by use of skill simulation videos and laboratory return demonstration rather than going to a skilled nursing facility due to being clossed to non-essential staff. These changes will apply until the state of emergency is lifted.*

In our effort to keep our students and staff safe during the pandemic, COVID19 safety procedures are strictly being implemented at the school like maintaining social distancing, mask requirement while inside the building, checking temperature, constant sanitation of furnitures and door knobs among many others. During clinical setting, students will be divided into smaller groups and will be called upon only to come to school for skills testing purposes on a scheduled basis. Most skills instructions will be held online.

If you are looking in changing your career to healthcare, being a Nurse Assistant is the first step to a rewarding career in the healthcare industry. Here at SacMed Training, we will train you to become a Nurse Assistant so you can take the California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Examination. Once you pass the examination, you will be able to secure employment in a long term care facility, nursing home, care home, medical offices, hospitals & outpatient facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
